WELCOME TO MY WORLD OF CREATIVE UNFOLDING

I am Kasia Berger, born in Poland and at the age of 10, I migrated to Germany with my mother. Here, I not only discovered my roots but also gathered a wealth of life experiences. My journey led me through completing an apprenticeship as an office communications clerk and earning a degree in Business and Administration. However, the monotonous office work did not fulfill me. Fate presented me with a devastating diagnosis: cancer, with a grim prognosis, giving me only a year to live.
In this pivotal moment, I made a courageous decision: I quit my job and embarked on my own journey of self-discovery. After my battle with cancer, I ventured into studying biology because Mother Earth and her creatures are incredibly important to me. Yet, the challenges were overwhelming, especially so soon after a severe illness and chemotherapy. I wasn't yet strong enough to tackle this enormous task. Ultimately, I had to abandon my studies.
After a period of recovery, as I grew stronger and fitter, I took the plunge into self-employment. Without formal training, I delved into the boundless realm of creativity. I experimented with various crafts, from macramé and dreamcatchers to cyanotype and painting. Finally, I found my true passion.
However, my art is more than just color and form. It is a passionate homage to nature and its wonders. Nature itself became my source of healing, and with brush and paint, I attempt to capture its energy and essence in my works.
Just as my business began to establish its foothold in Germany, my husband and I made a life-changing decision. We pursued our dream of living in Scandinavia and migrated to Norway. Here, I am starting anew. Whether it's building this website or forging new connections, everything is new and in a foreign language that I am just beginning to learn. But I fight and know what I am fighting for: primarily for myself and my health, and for Mother Nature with her wonderful creatures.
In Norway, I live amidst nature, in peace and harmony with a quiet life. This decision not only opened new doors for me but also revealed a world full of inspiration and peace, which you can find in my artworks. Take a look at my shop and support me. I plan to donate a portion of the proceeds to organizations that do good for our planet or help animals in need.
Warm regards, Kasia Berger
